What to do before Clean USA arrives:

While we are cleaning, restoring, or managing we always keep you in mind. Our unique sense of pride ensures your satisfaction. Please help us by preparing in the following ways:

• Vacuum all areas to be cleaned to help any stains or spots to become more visible
• If you know the nature of any stains or spots, inform the technician so that we can maximize our pre-spotting efforts.
• Although we will move and return all furniture (with the exception of heavy or fragile items such as pianos, china cabinets, multimedia equipment, and aquariums) to its original position. We ask that you move all smaller items such as end tables, breakables, flower pots, etc from the cleaning area.
• Our unique drying process typically dries your carpet in 1 hour. During this time it may be a good idea to keep small children, pets, or even neighbors off the area, as well as street shoes that can soil the carpet.
• Please refrain from rearranging any furniture for at least 48 hours after cleaning to minimize the incidence of carpet varnish stains.
• Our cleaning process is safe for any properly installed carpet. If you are aware of any installation problems, make us aware of these problems so that we may take extra precautions.
